Privacy Policy

This policy covers the studios, app, website and other services of SOS Productions, LLC, doing business as Audio House (“we”), 12269 S 815 W, Draper, UT 84020, privacy@audiohouse.fm. We do not sell personal information for money.

What we collect

• Identifiers and contact details, including name, username, email, phone number, and account, device and advertising identifiers.
• Account information, including your password (stored encrypted) and birthdate.
• Payment and transaction information, including bookings, purchases, credits, and card details held by our payment processors.
• Content, including recordings, projects, files, messages and reviews you create, upload or send.
• Usage, device and network information, including how you use the Service, studios and doors, IP address, browser and device type, and information from cookies and similar technologies.
• Location, including precise location while you use a feature that needs it.
• Audio and video recorded in and around the studios, including security and diagnostic recordings.
• Safety and compliance records, including incidents, violations and their evidence.
• Information about other people you give us, such as people you invite, which you may provide only with their permission.
• Inferences drawn from this information about your interests and needs.

We collect it from you, your devices, the studios, other users, partner organizations, sign-in providers, our service providers, advertising partners and public sources.

How we use it

To provide, operate, secure and improve the Service and the studios; to develop and test our products, including our recording and mixing tools; to communicate with you, including marketing; to personalize content and advertising and measure its results; to keep people and studios safe, investigate incidents and enforce our terms; to prevent fraud and abuse, including limiting one-per-person offers; and to comply with law. We may use automated and AI tools for any of these purposes.

Your content

We may use your content to provide and improve the Service, including our recording and mixing tools. We do not publish or sell your content, and we share it only to provide the Service, at your direction, or as this policy describes. To opt out of its use to improve our tools, email privacy@audiohouse.fm.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that process it for us under contracts limiting their use of it.
• Advertising and analytics partners, as described below.
• Partner organizations (Hosts) whose studios you book or whose membership you join, which can see your account, bookings, projects and recordings connected to them, and which may send us your details to create your account and bookings.
• Other users, when you share content or sessions with them.
• Our staff and contractors, under confidentiality obligations.
• A buyer, successor or investor, in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.
• Authorities and others, to comply with law, respond to legal requests, or protect rights, safety and property.
• Mobile numbers: we do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with providers that send our messages, and in hashed form with advertising partners for our own advertising.

Cookies and advertising

We and our advertising and analytics partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies, and we share identifiers (including hashed email and phone number), device information and activity on our services with those partners, to measure and personalize advertising, including on other sites and apps. This is “sharing” for targeted advertising under California law.

Outside the EU and UK, analytics and advertising are on by default. You can turn them off with “Your Privacy Choices” in the app or “Do Not Sell or Share My Information” on our website, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. In the EU and UK, they run only with your consent. We do not share information of anyone we know is under 16 for targeted advertising unless they opt in.

Children

The Service is for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 and delete any we find. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian’s agreement to our Terms.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, download or delete your information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal our decision on a request. To use them, email privacy@audiohouse.fm or delete your account in Settings; an authorized agent may also ask for you. We may verify your identity first, and we will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We send marketing texts only with your consent. To stop marketing, reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including providing the Service, safety, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, enforcing our terms and meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it. When you delete your account, we may keep information needed for these purposes.

Storage and security

We store and process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
