Renting an Audio House studio gives you private access to the gear, acoustic environment, and software you need to create professional recordings. We strive to provide a safe, clean, and efficient environment for recording so that you can focus on your passion. 

To help Audio House keep things safe, clean, and efficient for other creators, Audio House requires that you agree to all statements listed on this document before renting the studio.

Respect Our Hosts

I understand that the Audio House studio is located on public school grounds.

I will Go directly to the Audio House studio after parking, without meandering near or walking into any school buildings, pavilions, or sports fields.

I will Pick up any personal belongings - including trash.

I will Not bring alcohol, cigarettes, and/or any illegal drugs onto school property.

I will Not bring pets, or any animals, to or into the studio.

Be Aware of Digital Security

I understand that for security and safety reasons, Audio House must capture and store footage and images of my activities in and near the Audio House studio. I give my consent for footage to be captured and used for security purposes but NOT for marketing, sales, or revenue generating purposes.

Take Care of Equipment

I understand that I am responsible for all Audio House equipment during my scheduled time. If there is footage or other reasonable proof that I caused damage to any equipment, Audio House has the right to charge me up to the current MSRP of the item broken.*

Keep Your Access Code Safe

I understand that the personal access code given to me to gain access to the studio is my responsibility to keep secret. I will not share my personal access code with any other individual or group. If any Studio use or items are stolen or damaged during the time my personal access code was in use, Audio House has the right to charge me up to the current MSRP of the use or item(s) stolen/broken.*

Lockup When You Leave

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the door is locked after leaving the Audio House studio. If any items are stolen or damaged immediately after the time my personal access code was in use due to an unlocked or partially closed door, Audio House has the right to charge me up to the current MSRP of the item(s) stolen/broken.*

*Audio House will provide proof of purchase and will not charge more than the cost of replacement.
